3-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Morning Meal Cookies - Clean & Tasty.

How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You usually have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough for ages, then cut out little cookies into heart, star and moon shapes and then wait the next century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just not how I roll. But after that I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you receive round Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and do not crumble in any way.

But what largely convinced me was you could have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the biscuits is they involve just two ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can mix two components.

Though in the event that you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gont cover me if you consume them), however I have to mention one more awesome thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the initial I finished the remainder inside an hour.

They are great for hiking excursions or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a quick bite in my backpack.

It must also be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which then helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for longer during the day.

Those nutrients contain manganese, good for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- significant for energy generation to make you feel fuller

Much like bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not only because they have an adequate quantity of good carbs but also for being the big players at the potassium game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a challenging day before you.

Because you can see, I'm a huge fan.

2 Ingredient Cookies. Simply combine bananas and oats and then bake them for 15 minutes. Fantastic for when you need an energy boost on the move. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really nicely )

Optional: Vegan Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, and Nut Cookies Recipe - Allrecipes ...

two tsp cinnamon

1 small number raisins

1 little handful walnuts, crumbled

1 small handful sesame seeds, toasted

You can add pretty much whatever you like!

If you don't possess this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if read this you're vegetarian )

To create the cookie contour just grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photo above. It is super quick and easy.

Off it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Recipe Notes

EQUIPMENT: You just need a solid baking tray and some parchment paper, cool as.
